Sundays 11:30am-1:00pm
Even children experience stressful lives. They are bombarded with pressures from school, television, video games and peers. Meditation classes give children the means to deal with the stresses of life and develop a peaceful state of mind. Some examples of class topics include dealing with conflict and frustration, learning to appreciate others, and learning how to develop happy, peaceful minds. Children’s classes are presented in a lively, creative and interactive way. The classes are suitable for children 6-11 years of age. Meditation for children will be an ongoing program every Sunday morning throughout the year.
